DESCRIPTION: We were asked by the client to look at redeveloping the empty unit for a new tenant. The brief was to modernise the unit in order to bring the development up to date. The design removed the existing redundant canopy structure and opened up the walls by taking out the cladding and replacing with full height glazed shopfronts.
COMPLETION: Completed April 2015
